FID Grower Meetings Set

Annual meetings to take place in Clovis, Kerman and Easton


The Fresno Irrigation District will be hosting three grower meetings for District landowners in the coming weeks. They will be held at the following locations and times:


• Kerman – Tuesday, April 30, 8:30 a.m., Kerman Community Center, 15101 W. Kearney Blvd., Kerman


• Easton – Wednesday, May 1, 8:30 a.m., C.P.D.E.S. Hall, 172 W. Jefferson Ave., Fresno


• Clovis – Thursday, May 2, 8:30 a.m., Clovis Transit Training Center – Senior Center - 785 3rd Street, Clovis (New Location)


Doors at each of the meetings will open at 8:00 a.m. at all three locations and coffee and pastries will be served. RSVPs are not required.


FID landowners will be provided updates on the current water supply conditions, FID’s Recharge Efforts in 2023, the Kings River water rights fight, and the North Kings Groundwater Sustainability Agency (NKGSA) and its efforts to comply with the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA).
