NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FRESNO IRRIGATION DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held
by the Board of Directors of the Fresno Irrigation District to receive
public input and testimony regarding the proposed realignment of the
District's director divisions. Elections Code 22000 requires that each
district that elects its governing board "by-division" adjust the director
division plan following the release of the Census. he Board will consider
plans based on the 2010 Census.
The public hearing is scheduled as follows.

The public hearing will take place as a part of a regular Board of Directors meeting. This is
the first of two scheduled public hearings.

AVISO POR ESTE MDIO ES DADO que una audiencia publica se llevara a cabo por la
Junta Directiva del Distrito de Riego de Fresno (Fresno Irrigation District) para recibir
comentarios y testimonio del publico con respecto al propuesto realineamiento de divisiones de
directores del Distrito. El Codigo de Elecciones 22000 requiere que cada distrito que elige su
Junta de Gobierno "por-division" ajuste el plan de division de directores que sigue la publicacion
del Censo. La Junta Directiva del Distrito considerara planes basados en el Censo del 2010.
La audiencia publica esta planificada como sigue:
